Data Deletion

Businesses and individuals can request deletion of information processed by ILMIO. We verify requests before deleting data so that business assets and message records are not removed by an unauthorized person.

How to submit a request

  1. Email privacy@ilmio.space with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. State the business name, the service or integration concerned, your relationship to the business, and the categories of information you want deleted.
  3. Do not include passwords, access tokens, App Secret, recovery codes or message content in the initial email.
  4. We will respond with a reference number and the minimum verification steps needed to confirm authority.

What happens next

After verification, ILMIO will locate in-scope records, revoke access where requested, delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, and confirm completion within a reasonable timeframe. We will explain if legal, security or contractual retention requires additional time or prevents deletion of a specific record.

Client-owned Meta assets

Deleting ILMIO-held data does not automatically delete a client’s Meta Business Portfolio, WABA, phone number or records controlled directly by Meta. The client may need to use its Meta settings or contact Meta for those assets. ILMIO will provide reasonable offboarding guidance.

Alternative contact
