The planned official onboarding flow allows an eligible WhatsApp Business App number to continue working on the phone while Cloud API powers automation and integrations. Availability depends on Meta approval, account state, number and country eligibility.

Who owns the WABA and phone number?+

The client should retain control of its business assets, billing and authorized administrators unless an explicit official arrangement states otherwise.

Can every number use Coexistence?+

No. Eligibility depends on Meta approval, country, number and account state. We verify this before promising a migration path.

Is ILMIO already a Meta partner?+

No partnership status is claimed. The current target is the official Tech Provider approval path.
