Terms of Service

These terms describe the public conditions for readiness assessments, integration work and support provided by ILMIO.

1. Operator

ILMIO is a brand operated by Individual Entrepreneur “Almaty connect”, Kazakhstan. Any project scope, fees, service levels and data-processing responsibilities are defined separately in writing where applicable.

2. Current status

ILMIO is preparing the official Meta Tech Provider path. ILMIO does not currently claim Meta Tech Partner, Solution Partner, Meta Business Partner or approved Tech Provider status. Features requiring approval are offered only after the relevant approval and account eligibility are confirmed.

3. Scope of services

This website describes ILMIO’s planned and available areas of work. A specific assessment, integration, onboarding or support service is provided only when its scope and availability have been agreed in writing. Website content is not a guarantee that every feature is available for every business or number.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, maintain authorized administrators, protect credentials, use lawful contact lists and follow Meta, WhatsApp and applicable messaging rules. Clients may not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment or prohibited content.

5. Ownership and billing

Unless an official written arrangement states otherwise, the client retains control of its Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, payment method and messaging assets. Platform usage charges may be billed directly by Meta; ILMIO charges only for its own agreed services.

6. Coexistence and eligibility

WhatsApp Business App Coexistence is subject to Meta approval and the eligibility of the country, business, account and actual phone number. ILMIO does not guarantee that every number can use Coexistence.

7. Availability

Platform availability and features depend on third-party services and policies. ILMIO may pause an integration to protect security, comply with law, respond to a platform restriction or prevent abuse.

8. Offboarding

On termination, access should be revoked, client credentials and assets remain under client control, and retained data is deleted or returned according to the agreement, legal obligations and the published deletion process.
