1. Who is responsible
The service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur “Almaty connect”, Kazakhstan, trading under the ILMIO brand. For privacy questions, contact privacy@ilmio.space or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the service and the client configuration, we may process business contact details, support correspondence, WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number identifiers, message metadata and statuses, template information, webhook events, technical logs, and message content when it is required to deliver the contracted workflow.
3. Why we process information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare requested onboarding or integration work, operate an agreed service, resolve support issues, protect accounts, maintain necessary service records, comply with legal obligations and respond to deletion or access requests. We do not sell personal information.
4. Roles and client control
For client messaging data, the client normally determines the purpose and permitted recipients, while ILMIO acts as a service provider or processor under the client agreement. Clients remain responsible for lawful notices, consent, templates and messaging practices.
5. Meta and service providers
Official WhatsApp Business Platform processing is also governed by Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. We may use vetted infrastructure, hosting, monitoring and support providers only to deliver and secure the service. Access is limited to the minimum required role.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for the period needed for the agreed service, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Safeguards are selected according to the actual integration and may include protected connections, role-based access, administrator 2FA and access revocation.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. We verify the requester before acting to protect business accounts and message data. See the Data Deletion page for the request process.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product, approvals or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
